The Nature Reserve at Heysham is excellent for insect photography, all sorts just sit in front of you if you wander around long enough!

A toad found once again at Heysham, the lighting in the woods really brings out half of his face

Butterflies are an excellent challenge to photograph, you occasionally get that perfect moment where they stop
