Location
I took this photo near my home where my family and I go for walks during the summer. There is a bench that sits at the right location of the lake to watch the sunset. This evening the clouds where perfect and at the right spot at the right time. I am an amateur photographer self taught by reading and trails and error.Time

The sun was beautiful and full of rich colors the clouds happened to be a special touch.Equipment
I shoot with a Nikon D810 mounted on a tripod with a 70m-200mm 2.8 lens.Inspiration
The sky was beautiful and the clouds rolled right into the picture to help make it perfect.Editing
Usually this type of landscape photography requires some type of editing , but this picture had minimum the blue skies just needed some saturation adjustments and the the highlights needed to be lowered. My goal was to have the viewer attracted to the middle of the shotIn my camera bag
I never leaver my home without my bag and my Nikon D810. In my bag I carry a wide angle 14- 24mm 2.8 wide angle lens, a 70-200 mm 2.8 lens and my 24-85mm 5.6 lens. I also carry a few ND filters and macro adapters.Feedback
I have visited the same location numerous times waiting for the right time and this evening was the right time.
