I took this shot in Italy this summer. The sky was very clear and I had the possibility to make a huge panorama of our galaxy. That place was very windy and sometimes the long exposures were not good enough.. so I did many different shots to have the best possible result.
I stayed there all night with my brother, only us and the nightsky. Amazing experience!
I also used a tracker to use lower iso and increase exposure time.
