There was almost no water in Horsetail fall this year in February due to lack of snowfall & alarming drought condition in California. But thanks to a snow storm in 3rd week of Feb-18 which covered the vertical wall of El-Capitan with some white glossy surface. I read somewhere this fully glowing Horsetail Fall (aka. Firefall) is photographer's ultimate dream for chase because so many natural conditions need to perfect for seeing this. This time, 1st day(24th Feb) was bit cloudy & gloomy, not creating any red glow. But chasing it again on next day (25th Feb) created the magic moment for few minutes. Though the red-orange lava effect was not epic due to lack of water but still it was mesmerizing enough...
