This image has been 'darkened' quite substantially. This is a solar collector array just to the west of Seville in Spain. The mirrors on the ground reflect the sun to a collector mirror at the top of the tower, which then shines the light onto a salt tank. The salt then boils and through a heat exchanger, superheats water to steam which then turns the turbines to create the electricity. The solar collectors in the 2 towers can be seen from miles away.

From the distance, it does look like a suspension bridge but it is light that you see.
