As public transport workers went on strike, the whole city had to drudge to work on foot -- in icy cold conditions (it was 6 below in the morning... brrr...).
And then at the edge of Parc Cinquantenaire, there was this beauty (i mean the fountain!). All iced up, still proudly spouting water, splashing glorious sunshine. All the folks on foot - bike stopped there to take snapshots.
One must be grateful to the strikers. Without their active disengagement, i would never have taken this photo :)
