Leonard loves the farm. His dad works on a farm 45 minutes away. During harvest we don't get to see him very much. On the weekends the kids take turns going to work with dad. After a full day (I decided he wasn't going to stay until they were done that night) I drove down to pick him up. Which by the way after every time the combine went by he hops out of the semi to pick up corn off the ground for the squirrels. He earned his own money to join wrestling by picking up corn. So after he got off "work" we went to the pond-park in town. He was hopping on the stones around the secret garden when I called over to him. This is the thoughtful look of a six year old picking up and collecting his favorite leaves after a hard day at work.
