Location
This photo was taken on Cable Beach, Broome, Western Australia.Time
It was an evening just as the sun was going down.Lighting
The camels take people for rides along the beach and I just happened to be in the right place. I had a few shots and moved around the beach trying to capture the camel and people in the sun image to silhouette them.Equipment
I just used my Sony DSL a100 with the normal lense, wasn't anything special.Inspiration
I was just looking for a perfect picture. I am not that good at taking photos and just wanted to catch something that looked great, I think i did this time! I haev seen other silhouette photos and thought this would be a great challenge for me and as it turns out it was great.Editing
I have enhanced the colours only so given it a richer sunset, that's pretty much it.In my camera bag
I normally have a number of cards to save photos and in the jpg and raw files. I also have 3 macros for different images and different lengths. I don't have an adapted flash wish I did though. I also carry a battery charger and cords to connect to a tv if the need arose.Feedback
Just take as many shots as you can and at different angles, also try and adjust iso and other effects on your camera. Taking quick shots is easier and lots and lots and lots of them and you can see which are the better ones to keep and enhance.
