Blyth's Hornbill (Rhyticeros Plicatus)
The Blyth's Hornbill was one of the more interesting and colourful species of bird I have photographed in the past 6 years of photography.
Not only is it interesting to photograph due to the head colour but also the behavioural patterns it shows as well. This particular image was taken at the Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens in the UK.
These two Hornbills were infact a breeding pair and therefore the image could show the bird's romantic side as well!
