I'm an amateur photographer and I took this photo on a cool, cloudy fall say in our back yard. This was before I had a digital camera, so I was using my Minolta film camera. Our daughter loved pumpkins and had been giggling so I believe I got lucky with how this picture turned out.Time

There was nothing special about the lighting in this. It was a cloudy day, but I think that added to the feel of this.Equipment
I used my Minolta camera and a Quantaray 70-300 lens. No other equipment was used.Inspiration
When our daughter was less than a year old I was able to get my first picture of her with a pumpkin. I didn't set out to do it, we had been working in our yard getting the leaves up. She crawled over to a hay bale in the yard and there were pumpkins too. I saw them all together and knew I'd like a picture. That began a yearly thing, to get a pumpkin picture. This picture was the third year of them.Editing
There was no editing done to this picture. In fact, even now with my digital camera, I don't use editing software. I agree manipulating a photo can have a positive effect, but for me, a picture is a record in time. I prefer it to reflect just that.In my camera bag
I carry my camera a two lenses, cleaning cloths and a couple extra batteries. I have a couple extra lens covers also.Feedback
