Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken during a family reunion and at the same time Lola Poling was celebrating her 100th Birthday on that day. I was asked by a close friend to document the said event.

Time

This is one of my favourite images. The place was 40kms away from my home so I have to get up at 5am and prepare my photography stuff. I just grabbed a cup of coffee and then proceed to the event's place.

Lighting

The weather that time was not so friendly so I had my external flash activated.

Equipment

I used Canon 6D with 70-200mm

Inspiration

Aside from being a Landscape photographer, it is also one of my dreams to capture people especially like Lola Poling.

Editing

Honestly talking I'm not really good in photoshop so I just used Lightroom 5 and play with the colour enhancement and clarity.

Canon 6D, 50mm f1.4, 70-200mm f2.8, 100mm f2.8, 24-105mm f4, 17-40mm f4 Canon 5D Mark II
