Hiking through the forest in a remote part of Rovaniemi, Finland, I was trying to find the track that had been completely covered in snow, when I came across these beautiful trees barely managing to hold the weight of the snow. If you stand still, the only sounds are of branches cracking and falling with the weight. Then pin drop silence.
