I was up and visiting friends in the wee hours of the morning (it must have been about 4am) and my journey took me through the edge of Gastown and on into Chinatown. The streets are fairly deserted at that hour except the odd cab or street rat, and even though it was raining, I opted to walk rather than take a cab. I wanted to enjoy having the city to myself. I'm glad I did as the things I saw and photographed on my way, made the journey worth it. This was at the beginning of the walk home, a journey that normally would take 10 minutes, and instead took 3 hours.
