This Photo was taken at Skógafoss in Iceland. We were setting up for our photos when the ponies arrived. First only 2 but the third was allowed to join.Time
It was mid afternoon and the weather was cold and overcast, but rain held off. Trying to capture whilst not getting other people was a challenge.Lighting
The day was overcast and the must from the falls made for the effect shown. Playing with settings and reverting to the basics as these beauties travelled down the stream.Equipment
I had a Canon 700d. Hand held as really no time to set up for tripod. It was a right place right time photo.Inspiration
Apart from the fact the falls are spectacular having the ponies there was just awesome.Editing
Actually I do not post edit any of my photos. That is mainly because I do not know how. I'm not that clever.In my camera bag
Currently I have a 750d, (love it) and 18-135mm, 10-18mm and 75-250mm. I only use filters to protect and gave started removing them for my photos. 2 x remotes, wireless and cable.Feedback
Be prepared. When travelling skwsys carry your camera, as the 1 shot will be the day you wish you had.
