Behind The Lens

Location

This photograph was made in the Cerro de Perquín, in the municipality of the same name.

Time

In the morning hours, approximately at 7:30 a.m.

Lighting

The lighting is the first rays of the sun, which began to radiate. No flash was used.

Equipment

XS canon camera, lens 18.-55, without tripod

Inspiration

The peace that was felt in that place, when the sun was still giving its first rays, and the sky was warm colors.

Editing

Well I only improved a little the colors, lighting, brightness, contrast in PS, but for them to have greater brightness and brightness, do not change or add more tonalities.

In my camera bag

Normally, I used my Canon XS, but now I have a Lumia 909 cell phone that accompanies me on my trips and outings.

Feedback

It is always good to know the hours of sunrise and sunset, in addition to having a clear picture of what you want to do and be in the place waiting for the time when the sun will be low or high in the sky. These are details that should be taken into account for a photograph. In any case, it is always recommended early morning hours or moments before a start, to achieve the tonalities or the effect you want to achieve (depending on the taste of the photographer). In my case, I was from the previous night, because what interested us (I was with a friend) was the sunrise to capture from that point (top of Cerro de Perquín, in Morazán, El Salvador).
