Behind The Lens

Location

This picture was taken on our railway station. The light is really tremendous in the golden hour. A lot of people success that our hometown Kassel isn't nice. But they never walked along with open eyes.

Time

My checks some locations and around seven o'clock the light was almost perfect at this place

Lighting

I used only natural light no reflector no strobe.

Equipment

Nikon D700.

Inspiration

I was just this beautiful young who inspired me. I had a look and I thought thats it!

Editing

My post process consist of LR and PS. Every picture is unique and therefor every process is unique too. As individual as the people in front of my camera.

In my camera bag

Normally if got one camera body and my lens with me. Since two years I work only with lens with a fixed focal length. 35mm 50 mm and 105 mm. This lenses are all I need in people and fashion photography. I do have some reflectors with me and two strobe lights. And of course all the stuff you may need.

Feedback

There no special way to make pictures like this. Therefor I would never be able to reach people in photography. Because you have to see it by yourself. You should find your view on sceneries and light. And the end it must be your picture and not a picture which looks like mine.
