Chapman Falls

I'm rather inexperienced (if you couldn't guess..lol) and wanted to play with longer shutter speeds. Because of the light bouncing off the snow, I had to push this through PS to lessen the glare. Any help with taking photos in such bright conditions would be most appreciated. After my snow adventures, I did buy a grey card, but haven't used it yet. I do like the effect of the water though, even if the rest isn't that great. I'll have to go back for more shutter speed experiments.
