To Donkeys in Central Park Peterborough in England take part in Jimmy the Donkey Day. A Day to remember a Young Donkey that was born in the Trenches of the Somme in WWI survived despite being wounded 3 times while serving with The Cameronians (Scottish Rifles). After the war he was retired with the RSPCA in Peterborough. When he died he was Given a Military funeral and lied to rest in Peterborough's Central Park.
