Here's why. It is at the amazing hotel convento in salvador, bahia, Brazil. Very hot. Breezes, however, come through that door and waft over the chair. The fact the chair is in shadow, and i left it like that instead of filling, separates it, and emphasizes the coolness around it, while the hot blown out look outside reflects the heat.
