I took the photo in my kitchen on my dining table. Nothing special, just some coffee and coffee stuff. The light is just daylight.Time
I shot this image around noon on a cloudy day. That’s why the light is so nice and soft.Lighting
I prefer shooting with natural light. Sometimes i use a reflection screen to bounce back some light but most of the time it’s just by a window on a cloudy day.Equipment
This was shot on a canon 70D with a 24-105 mm L lens on a tripod to create the top shot.Inspiration
I used to be into taking photos every time I drank coffee. Which was a lot. So needless to say, I drank a lot of cold coffee by the time I finished shooting ????Editing
In these kind of photos I try to keep it as natural as possible maybe make the colors a bit more “coffee” like.In my camera bag
Now I use a Canon R5, EF 24-105 L, RF 70-200 F4L, RF 15-35 F2.8 L. And also a small aputure light just in case.Feedback
Just try it, setup you scene make sure not everything is positioned perfectly some stuff has to be out of frame. Once you are happy with the “scene” start taking you shots and adjust as needed.
