Located 2922 masl ( meters above sea level), this is mount Pulag the 3rd highest mountain in Luzon. Mount Pulag is believed to be the playground of the gods according to the people living near the mountain. In the local dialect, Pulag means bald as only grasslands and there are no trees near the top of the mountain.
