Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo on the covered stairs at the street entrance of the train station.

Time

In the early hours of 2018, I was walking outside with my camera. 01.01.2018 - First hours. After taking a few fireworks, I was walking the streets to photograph different things.

Lighting

When I saw this indoor space and the lighting, my interest in science fiction made me feel like I was in a space station inside a hangar environment. The lighting of the environment was just as it should be.

Equipment

I used my Olympus PEN E-P5 or OM-D E-M5 Mark II mirrorless cameras and Olympus 25mm. F1.8 prime lens. Olympus PEN E-P5 body have 5 axix stabilization system, this technology helps me handheld photography without ISO boost.

Inspiration

My science fiction interesting inspired me.

Editing

I imagine before taking this photo how I will post-processing and change this place like a space station hangar. Then later i stick 2 copy of this photo with each other to create closed room view

In my camera bag

I have Olympus PEN E-P5 body + Olympus 25mm. F1.8 and Olympus 60mm F2.8 macro lens. Sometimes i can take Olympus 14-150 II lens too.

Feedback

You think you know very well the places you pass every day and you photograph everything to be photographed here. Three of the most admired photos were scenes I saw on the same road I commute to and from every day.
