Yes, I did. first: I reduce the highlights of the glare of the street light on the bridge, some adjustments on the color tone curve sliders, such as darken the blacks and brighten the whites, shadows up a bit. The clarity two stops, vibrance and saturation sliders up a bit. Exposure by 2 stop plus for the details that are lost in the shadows. Contrast to give it the final dynamic looks. lens correction applied. Items of distraction are cropped out in the foreground. The suspension wires of the bridge are masked and sharpen.In my camera bag

Always use a tripod for long exposures or a sturdy underground for this purpose.
