Behind The Lens
Location
In my hometown Almere in the NetherlandsTime
My husband and I where cruising around our city, just driving and talking and enjoying the beautiful summer evening. It was time to turn the car and go home. As we did so, I turned my head to the left. And saw the red sun. I stopped the car. Got out, got my camera and made the picture. It was breathtaking.Lighting
The picture is as it was, I did not do anything to it.Equipment
I had my Canon EOS 550D woth the Sigma 70-200 mm, as I always have. Nog flash ofcourse. Just the light of the evening itself. I zoomed in for the composition.Inspiration
The surprise of the moment to see that red sun going down, that was magical. I just HAD to take that shot.Editing
Nothing realy, just cropped it a little. In my camera bag
I always carry my Canon EOS 550D with my Sigma 70-200 mm. I like walking and never know what I will see. Sometimes I need the zoom and sometimes the dide angle lens. So the 70-200 mm is the perfect lens for meFeedback
Just go outside, every day. And always take some kind of camera with you. If you do not go out, you miss a lot.
