The Vadu Crisului waterfall is to be found in the Pădurea Craiului Mountain, at the left side of the Crisul Repede in the neighborhood of Vadu Crișului cave`s entrance.

The water which has created the cave also is forming a wonderful waterfall that is 9m high, getting first into a limestone basin then into the water of Cris. A visible but a fairly hard path leads to the foot of this waterfall, where we can admire the whole in its full beauty. From here we can see a gap in its channel, through which we can percieve the power of water as well as its speed. This waterfall belongs to the nature conservation teritory since 1955, along with the Vadu Crisului cave and the Cris pass. The cave can slo be seen from the windows of a train coming from Oradea to Cluj.
