Japan is an amazing place for many many many reasons. One of my favourite reason is the way animals are treated with full respect. Deers are very common in many areas and parks as they are considered messengers to the Gods. The deers are wild, yet because of all the tourists around, they are quite accustomed to humans. They don't come too close, but they don't run away either. Most of the times they look at you in all their beauty and you just look back at them. It's so peaceful.
By the way, can you see the second deer in the picture? :)
