If there is any photo I have been waiting to share this year, this is it. It was one of those adventures where you get more than you could ever imagine. A very instinctive decision to stay back to see the moon set at the Ruby Beach lead from one magic to another. Just as I was getting over a beautiful view of the milkyway aligned with crescent moon, here it was the Northern Lights adorning the sky right behind the sea-stack. While still in disbelief, I wondered if I started to hallucinate glowing waves only to realize they were indeed bioluminescent. Thanks to the phytoplanktons in the ocean. No words could express how overwhelming this was. Yet another reason to let your instincts take you to places you would never otherwise reach.
