For one of my series, I wanted to capture the battle between humanity and nature by taking pictures of abandoned places. This shot was taken at an abandoned sanatorium. Eager to leave the asbestos filled halls, I went into an outer room. This room had a set of doors splayed on the floor. It looked as if the vines had knocked the doors down.
