I came to this iconic photo spot for several days, and yesterday I met a photographer here who's been coming to this spot for 7 years! He said the best time to catch the Christmas lights without needing long exposure or tripod is between 7:50am and 8:10am. So this Christmas morning, I went to the spot and took this photo. It was 3 degrees F and my hands were pretty cold after 20 minutes, but I got the shot!
