I have always had anxiety and panic attacks, they have been made so much worse by fibromyalgia, especially when you are in so much pain every single day, your mind starts whirling with thoughts that you can control.
You feel helpless, alone, like you are going crazy, if you have every had anxiety you will understand this!!
This image was a lot more difficult to make then I thought it would be, but this series I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone, both by talking about what I deal with on a daily basis and with my art as well.
