I am a college student and i stay in a private hostel with a beautiful garden outsideTime
It was the night around 10pm we did not had electricity for around 1 hour and we all decieded to sit in the garden with my mobile in my hands. It was pitch dark and we guys couldn't see anything around us and then i saw one of my friends take one flower off the plant and we saw it under the flashlight and it was really beautiful.Lighting
There is nothung really special about the lighting in this photo, it is just from my mobile's flash and a little moonlight was enough to create this shotEquipment
Since i never thought about photography till taking a few shots like this, so i used just my mobile camera. I wish i had a good camera or atleast just a camera then this shit would be a lot better.Inspiration
Since i never really thought about photography until i posted this photo and a couple others and got really good appreciation on my work(which was about 15 minutes only????) then i was ready to start something new in my life. I think thats when i started taking some more photos and i still use my mobile camera to take shots most of the time but what inspires me to grow as a photographer is scrolling through a lot of people's work on instagram like Peter McKinnon, Chris Hau and a lot more.Editing
As i was trying taking photos for the first time so it was just a random click, so i never really knew about lightroom and photoshop. But now i use lightroom (mostly) to enhance the lights and stuff inside my photos. In my camera bag
I am still not a pro, i just take my dslr and a couple of lenses with a macro lens included and go out to capture the beauty of nature.Feedback
I would recommend to take the best out of the opportunity you get out of every situation you are in. Because if there was no electricity at that night then I would never have come into this world of photography! In the end every thing turns out pretty well!
