I snapped this shot standing outside of my cousin's house in Los Vegas. I happened to just glance at the sky and my breath was snatched away; it was one of the most stunning views I had ever seen.Time
It was probably late afternoon. The sun had just slipped behind a cloud, creating this glorious display of light in the sky.Lighting
This photo is taken in completely natural lighting, and that's what makes it so glorious! There are ABSOLUTELY NO filters! no editing! This snapshot is composed of 100% God-made natural beauty!Equipment
I used a handheld Canon Powershot ELPH 520. This is my favorite camera because of it's tiny size and immense capabilities; it fits in my pocket, but can capture shots like this one!Inspiration
What inspired me to take this photo was the spur-of-the-moment awe at the amazing beauty of God's breath-taking creations. I love the fact that even when the sun seems to be hiding behind the clouds, it lets you know it's always there. I felt like God's splendor was shining down upon me, showering me with love. The heavens had opened up, allowing me a moment's glimpse of absolute magnificence!Editing
