Taken from a 6th floor balcony overlooking Emerald Beach in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. I noticed there were several manta rays jumping out of the water from just off the beach. I couldn't believe how high they were jumping until I saw the photo blown up on the computer. They "jump" by expelling a powerful stream of water.
