I usually do a set up for this specific type of photo in a certain room but this happens to be my kitchen, the natural light was just right that day coming through the window.Time

This was natural light from a window, it was just perfect that day for what was intended.Equipment
I had a good flat surface to work from and perfect natural light from a direct window so no flash or tripod was needed.Inspiration
I originally intended for this photo to be the flower against a black background but as I was setting up the angle I pressed the release which took multiple shots, this being one of a few before I moved.Editing
I do use post-processing sometimes but usually only for landscape. This picture didn't need anything.In my camera bag
I like to travel light so ideally I only carry two lenses with me in my bag. 18-55 SAM II and 70-300 TamronFeedback
Find good light, you don't have to be outdoorsy and it doesn't have to be natural either, experiment, move around and have fun.
