I called the orangutan conservation park in Malaysia to see whether I could photograph Mike Tyson, the dominant male orangutan, only to find out that he had passed away. However, I could visit to photograph the new king of the jungle; Bejay. Bejay had harassed and harried old Mike to an early demise. I sat 2 metres from Bejay when I took this picture; although protected by his human minder, it was a somewhat unnerving encounter.
