To make best use of the natural lighting, POV is the key player imo.

Inspiration

The sheer beauty in nature of course. The mood and muteness brought by the blue hour is really gobsmacking. But to make it unforgettable I had to snap it quickly before darkness came in.

Editing

Yes. Just a few clicks of B/W conversion by the photo editor and some fine tuning of tonal adjustments.

Feedback

It's not point and shoot in the street. Get gears(camera parameters, tripod, wide angle lens, etc) ready and find a good vantage point to capture before the "show" begins.
