Carpathian winter freeze a shelter on the top of mountain Polonina Wetlinska, so no car can move, but shelter has to serve anyway. Low temperature is even more danger with strong wind that often blow from the North during the winter and bring cloud waves. Clouds , snow and wind shorten visibility so when you finally se the light from a shelter you are happy, even if you know that inside ist warm but slightly less cold. On the opposite side rescuer is also happy seeing your headlight, for two reasons, he will have someone to speak and he can finally switch of the light as batteries and gasoline are limited for long winter.
