This photo was taken from Merced river bank looking at the road going to Yosemite National Park entrance.Time
This is probably one of my favorite photos I have taken. I took this photo just before sunset. I and my wife were visiting Yosemite national park in October; during fall season Merced river becomes anaemic with less flow. We were taking some pictures on the rocks and I looked up and saw a beautiful golden glow on the mountain wall from Sun's golden light.Lighting
This picture is a great example of golden hour where the slanting rays of the Sun reflected on the clouds and mountain wall wash them in golden yellow color.Equipment

I wanted to touch the Merced river water and this picture was accidental as I looked up from the stream.Editing

There are umpteen photographing opportunities in Yosemite and you will not be disappointed in any season.
