Grandson Caleb and my doggie,Scooter.

I have always loved dogs and one day I decided to go to the local pound for a look around. I chatted with the lady when she asked what kind of dog I was looking for. I told her, small, fluffy and not a yapper. Her immediate reaction was "Oh you want Binkie!!!" She called out his name and he came running out of his stall a scruffy little thing. My reaction was "Oh no not what I want at all." Binkie came circling around me legs and in no time at all I was in love. We have had him approximately 10 years now and a better little doggie no one could ever find. He is adorable and safe around everyone. I am living my dotage years now weeping at the thought that he probably will leave us one day and the thought creases me. In all the years we have had him we have never had a scrap of trouble with him. Because he would scoot around all over the place in sheer exultation, I named him Scooter because of the way he scoots around and Scooter he has been for all those years. Everyone who meets him falls in love with him!
