The typically calm beaches of Anna Maria Island churned six foot waves today.

While cruising the inter-coastal waterway, we watched this pelican successfully dive for his breakfast.

He was hunting for breakfast. We both stood very still for a very long time. Finally, as he went for his meal, I went for the pic.
