Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in a recreational park that is going up in the south of Tenerife towards the volcano of Teide, in an area frequented by people who leave food remains on the tables, and to which the birds are accustomed.

Time

I did it first thing in the morning and to get to the site we had to get up early because this area is far from my house. Use a 100-400mm telephoto lens without a tripod.

Lighting

No

Equipment

The equipment is a Fujifilm XT-2 and Fujinon XF 100-400

Inspiration

I like to take pictures of nature, landscapes and especially birds

Editing

The photo is a jpg without retouching to the one, this one as it came from the camera

In my camera bag

In my bag I usually carry a Fujifilm XT-1 and XT-2 and depending on the program that I have set for the day I carry several lenses ranging from 23mm to 100-400mm zoom

Feedback

To take photos of birds in the wild, you have to be very patient and know their habits and the places where they can best be located.
