Layers of color from the top, blue, peach, gold, violet mist, and brown.

River bottom land.

Early morning mist in distance over river as viewed from small close by hill.

The mist lasts only short time before being burnt off by the sun.

Grasses include big bluestem, foxtail, brome , and fescue while the trees on river bank include oak , hickory , and cedar. Terraces help keep the soil from washing away while posts are reminders of past times when cattle were fattened amongst these fields.
