Recently I volunteered as an event photographer for a foundation called St. Baldrick's. It's an organization that raises money for childhood cancer research by fundraising, taking donations for shaving-donating their hair. As someone who has been touched by someone with cancer, and just in general, hearing all of these different stories, I had to stop tears multiple times yesterday.

This is by far my favorite from yesterday.

This is a mother who's son had cancer and passed away at thirteen months old a few years ago. She was nineteen at the time. She and her family have been a big part of this event since 2015.
