My original plan was to take a photo of the Milky Way with a beautiful tree in Fish Lake National forest, unfortunately Mother Nature was not wanting to cooperate because the wind was insane, and made photographing a moving tree at long exposures pretty much impossible. So while driving back home I jumped out of the car and captured these silhouetted trees against the backdrop of the Milky Way. A simple image but I liked it.
