Probably one of my favourite photos from the small day trip I took up to Loch Lomond. As you can see the weather wasn't kind with a complete overcast and the odd bit of rain, to be honest that is a typical Scottish day. However, the clouds provided both texture to the sky but also some extremely dramatic shots especially when they found themselves clinging to the Munros in the distance. Whilst I would have loved a sunny day I think this type of weather allows you to capture a lot more precisely the mood and atmosphere of the Loch itself.
