Why, thanks so much, Lady Anne! I was on a boat when I took this. Just kidding! I was on the top of a double-decker bus as we drove over one of the many bridges that span the Thames. Hope you get Chris to take you there, and hope I can to back some day.

Now this one.....Not even I can guess where this one is! Although I do know that an awful lot of people in England don't know the name of this building! :)

You're kidding, right? There are people in England who don't know the name of these buildings? Well, here's the real questions for you: What bridge was this image taken from?

Wonderful shot of our Houses of Parliament ..The Houses of Parliament are a British cultural icon, Big Ben and the tower is one of the most prominent symbols of the United Kingdom when it was completed , it was said to be the ‘Prince of timekeepers : the biggest, most accurate four- faced striking and chiming clock in the world . The tower celebrated it’s 150th Birthday on 31st May 2009 . On the 21st August 2017 , the tower began a four - year period of renovation with a few exceptions the renowned bells will sadly be silent until the renovation is complete.:-)

Thanks for the accolardes, Lizzie! And thanks also for the history lesson about these structures . . . and the somewhat sad news that Big Ben will be silent for a few years.
