Location

The photo was taken during silence protest in the streets of Tarragona, Catalonia. I like to capture meaningfull moments that captivate me.

Time

It was arround 7 PM. I was in the middle of the multitude and decided it was a moment to remember.

Lighting

I wanted this image to show the power of the people. The combination of the lights and the shadows throught the clouds enphasized the idea.

Equipment

Iphone 7 camera.

Inspiration

I was there, among the entire crowd. People protested for the police violence suffered during October 1 (the referendum for the independence of Catalonia, in which the catalan people suffered repression by the Spanish government for the mere fact of deciding on the future of this certain area). I saw avery single person hands raised up in front of the town hall and I was moved by the power of the people.

Editing

Yes. I like to experiment with the contrast and lights to try to enphasize the feeling I got just beforeI took the picture.
