Visited a Plantation just outside of New Orleans earlier this year. Needed a break from all of the horrors of slavery and was taken aback by the immense beauty of the property. Everywhere I looked was absolutely gorgeous, from light leaking through tree branches to subtle rolling green lawns. This view here, leading towards the entrance to the plantation(behind me as I took this photo) was the culmination of all of that beauty. I waited about five or so minutes for this couple to make its way down the path before I snapped the pic.
