Behind The Lens

Location

This is taken by a lake called Breimsvatnet in western Norway.

Time

Taken in the evening, right after sunset.

Lighting

No

Equipment

Canon eos 7d mk ll ef-s 10-22mm Sirui tripod Lee Big Stopper+ ND 0.9 soft grade

Inspiration

This is a favourite location of mine. Found this piece of driftwood, and placed it as a way for the eye to wander into the picture.

Editing

Postprocessed in Photoshop. Sharpened, added a bit of colour.

In my camera bag

Canon eos 7d mkll Tamron 90mm macro Canon ef 300mm f/4 L Lee filters Extra batteries Dustblower Remote control

Feedback

Use ND filters like a Big Stopper or similar. A soft graded ND filter. Tripod. Remote control. Long exposure - 3 or more mins Use whatever you find lying around, and place it wherever you like. No rules, just have fun!!!
