"The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessary may speak." ~ Hans Hofmann.

Inspired by the Minimalism Photo Challenge hosted by olgazakharova. This effect was created by floating a rose on a glassy-still pool on a stormy day. I debated simplifying the concept further by presenting the image in black and white, but decided to leave it as natural as possible. Would love to hear your feedback on whether I made the right choice!
